CAAN designates four new locations as paragliding zones in Nepal

Kathmandu / Nov 13: The Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal (CAAN) has designated paragliding zones at four additional locations in the country.
These new paragliding zones are located in Manedanda-Ramechhap, Rapti-Dang, Chitlang-Makwanpur and Andhikhola-Syangja.
Commercial paragliding flights have already commenced in some of these zones. Paragliding has been started from Chandragiri in Chitlang.
Such adventure activities can be done only in places permitted by the CAAN. This adventure sport, which started from Pokhara, has recently been expanding nationwide.
