Nepal to participate in International Sports Forum in Russia, 57 additional mountains to open for climbing

Kathmandu / Oct 8: Nepal has decided to participate in the 22nd International Sports Forum to be held in Russia.

A meeting of the Council of Ministers made the decision to this effect, informed government spokesperson and Minister for Communication and Information Technology Prithvi Subba Gurung today.

Minister for Youth and Sports will take part in the Forum on October 17-18.

Similarly, the Cabinet meeting also decided to open 57 additional mountains under the Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation for climbing.

Of the 11 decisions made by the Cabinet, one includes about formation of Economic Reform Suggestion Commission under coordination of former secretary Rameshwar Khanal to submit report along with recommendations for reform in overall sector of economy.
