Govt serious on curbing corruption, ensuring good governance: PM Prachanda

Kathmandu / Jan 8: Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ has said the government will work effectively to curb corruption and ensure good governance.The Prime Minister said so in a discussion with the chief commission and commissioners of the Commission for Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA).

On the occasion, PM Prachanda made it clear that his third tenure as the PM will be centered on social justice, good governance and prosperity.

“Social justice, good governance and prosperity constitute the main priority of the government. I have put forward this issue with the secretaries of the government of Nepal. People are looking at us with optimistic eyes. We have to work with confidence and commitment that something new can be done and good governance and prosperity can be achieved. I expect cooperation for this from you all,” PM Prachanda said in the meeting with the CIAA commissioners, according to the PM secretariat.
